Audit Session
An Audit may be completed in one or more Audit sessions where teams are assigned for Inventory Collection and Inventory Reconciliation tasks.
An Audit session ends with the conclusion of Inventory Reconciliation.
Inventory Collection
One or more users are assigned to Inventory collection for an Audit session. Each Audit session is controlled by a Start and End Date during which Inventory collection can be performed by the members of the Inventory collection team.
A Mobile Scanner App is available for Inventory collection that supports both QR code and Barcode scanning in addition to manual data entry.
Inventory Reconciliation
Reconciliation is essential to completing an Audit session.
The Reconciliation process identifies New, Moved, Missing, and Matching inventory and helps resolve any discrepancies by creating auto generated work orders for required change management. Analytics are generated to reflect on performance of procedures in place and prompt actionable measures.
